Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is hiring for a counter staff role at our Changi location. You will handle end-to-end fulfilment for orders, process through the Warehouse Management System, and assist customers at the counter.

Shift options are 10am-10pm or 10pm-10am with a basic salary SGD 1,400–1,600 plus a 500 incentive; a 100 night shift allowance applies for the night shift. Prior logistics/warehousing or customer service experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum N level with 3 credits.
• At least 1 year of experience in logistic/warehousing, retail/customer service or hospitality.
• Willing to work in shifts and counter-based roles.

Responsibilities

• Handle counter duties including end-to-end fulfilment for orders.
• Receive and process orders accurately using the WMS.
• Check item descriptions, quantities and customer details.
• Monitor order status and coordinate with merchants for timely fulfilment.
• Maintain inventory records and conduct stock counts.
• Assist with rewards memberships, redemptions, and campaigns.
• Answer customer inquiries at counter and upsell services.
• Ensure SOPs and service standards are followed.
• Transfer, deliver, or collect items between terminals as a runner.
• Pick, pack, and prepare items for pickup or delivery.
• Perform housekeeping and ensure counter/backroom cleanliness.
