Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is hiring a Customer Service Officer for our Changi location, with a basic salary of $1,400–$1,600 plus a $500 incentive.

You will handle counter duties, process orders in WMS, monitor status, maintain inventory, and assist with Rewards enquiries while upselling services, all while following SOPs.

Candidates need at least 1 year of logistics/retail/customer service experience and a minimum N level with 3 credits; 12-hour shifts across a 4-day week.

Qualifications

• Minimum N level with 3 credits.
• At least 1 year of experience in logistic/warehousing, retail/customer service, or hospitality industry.

Responsibilities

• Handle all duties required at the counter, including end-to-end fulfilment for departure and/or arrival orders.
• Receive and process orders accurately and timely on Warehouse Management System (WMS). Perform thorough check on item description, quantity and customer information.
• Monitor order status and coordinate with merchants and runners to ensure timely fulfilment of orders.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory movements, monitor stock levels at the counter, perform stock counts e.g. PWP, GWP, coupons and report discrepancies promptly.
• Assist with company Rewards membership enquiries, redemptions, and other marketing campaign giveaways as stipulated by CAG. Attend to customers' enquiries at the counter and upsell commercial services.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and service standards.
