Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd in Singapore (Changi) is seeking a counter/fulfilment associate. The role covers end-to-end order handling, counter duties, and inventory checks within a busy logistics environment.

You will process orders in the WMS, monitor status, and coordinate with merchants for timely delivery. Candidates should have at least 1 year in logistics/warehousing or related customer-facing roles, with a minimum N level and 3 credits.

Qualifications

• Minimum N level with 3 credits and at least 1 year in logistics/warehousing, retail/customer service or hospitality.
• Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS) is preferred.
• Singapore-based with ability to work 4 days per week on 12-hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Handle counter duties including end-to-end fulfilment for orders at departure/arrival.
• Process orders in Warehouse Management System accurately and timely.
• Monitor order status and coordinate with merchants for timely fulfilment.
• Maintain inventory records and perform stock checks; report discrepancies.
• Assist with Rewards membership enquiries and upsell services as applicable.
• Ensure SOPs and service standards are followed.
• Perform runner, checker and housekeeping duties as required.
