Job summary

KINN Hospitality Concepts, operated by MGH Hospitality Pte Ltd, is seeking a Night Manager to lead overnight operations across all KINN properties, ensuring guest satisfaction, safety, and seamless service. You will oversee night operations, conduct the End-of-Business-Day night audit, manage the Night Team, handle guest enquiries and service recovery, and coordinate with authorities when required.

A minimum of 3 years' supervisory hotel experience, strong problem-solving and communication

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in hotel operations.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills; ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to liaise with guests, staff and authorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee night operations across all KINN Hospitality properties.
• Attend to guest enquiries, feedback, complaints and service recovery.
• Conduct End-of-Business-Day (EOD) Night Audit and distribute reports to departments.
• Monitor hotel safety, security, and regulatory compliance at night.
• Supervise and coach the Night Team; ensure smooth shift handovers.
