Job summary

KINN Hospitality Concepts is seeking a Night Manager to oversee overnight operations across all properties. You will ensure smooth hotel operations, guest service excellence, and a safe, secure environment while leading the Night Team and performing night audit duties.

You will respond to guest enquiries, manage incidents, liaise with authorities when required, and ensure accurate EOD reports. The role requires at least 3 years of supervisory hotel experience, strong leadership, and proficiency

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in hotel operations.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills; ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Proficient in Opera Cloud / OPERA PMS or similar hotel management systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the night operations across all KINN Hospitality properties.
• Ensure smooth hotel operations and service standards during the night shift.
• Act as the Management Representative and handle operational matters independently.
• Attend to guest enquiries, feedback, complaints, and service recovery.
• Liaise with external authorities and emergency services when required.
• Conduct the End-of-Business-Day (EOD) Night Audit and ensure reports are distributed accurately.
• Monitor hotel safety, security, and regulatory compliance throughout the night.
• Supervise, guide, and support the Night Team to ensure operational excellence.
• Coach, mentor, and evaluate team members' performance; provide counselling as needed.
• Ensure proper shift handover and communicate key operational updates to the day team.

This role combines operational leadership, guest relations, team supervision, and night audit responsibilities to ensure seamless operations and service excellence throughout the night.

• Monitor hotel safety, security, and regulatory compliance throughout the night


• Supervise, guide, and support the Night Team to ensure operational excellence


• Coach, mentor, and evaluate team members' performance, including counselling where required


• Ensure proper shift handover and communicate key operational updates to the day team


• Any other duties as assigned

Key Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in hotel operations


• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure


• Proficient in Opera Cloud / OPERA Property Management System (PMS) or similar hotel management systems


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Willing and able to travel between KINN Hospitality properties as required


• Able to work permanent night shifts, including weekends and public holidays
