Job summary

Anglo American is seeking a proactive Logistics Operations support professional in Singapore to manage export processes for the Nickel business. You will coordinate end-to-end export activities, liaise with mines, customers, and service providers, and ensure compliance with group policies.

You will work with Sales and Marketing to identify opportunities, support regional operations, and help optimise the regional sales book while maintaining governance standards and timely office administration.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of commodities value chains.
• Knowledge of third party contract processes and payments.
• Understanding of marketing fundamentals (pricing, delivery strategy, value chain dynamics).
• Experience in transport logistics and sales operations.

Responsibilities

• Monthly export planning and management, ensuring data accuracy.
• Coordinate export procedures from load port to customer, including orders.
• Manage delivery schedules, freight booking, customs clearance and shipment monitoring.
• Inventory reconciliations and monthly reporting.
• Coordinate with Customs Broker and Warehouse activities.
• Provide monthly sales volume and invoice values to the Finance area.
• Be the daily contact for Brazil sales ops and logistics providers.
• Handle LC analysis and negotiation with customers.
• Invoice management from generation to payment receipt.
