Qualifications

• High School diploma required; bachelor’s in HR or related field preferred.
• Completion of Sourcing Foundation training is required.
• 3 years’ experience in sourcing or recruiting is required.
• Deep understanding of and solid sourcing experience in certain industries/markets is required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to align sourcing with job requirements.
• Review and post attractive adverts on specialized boards to attract candidates.
• Identify candidates through online platforms, social media and networking.
• Implement diverse attraction strategies to build a steady pipeline of niche talent.
• Engage candidates via personalized outreach and events to generate interest.
