Job summary

Dynamic Safety Pte Ltd is seeking a Kitchen Assistant to support NFS practical lessons in our school facilities in Singapore. You will help prepare ingredient trays, keep two kitchens clean, and assist with ordering food, equipment, and cleaning supplies.

The role requires simple English communication and basic cooking skills, with preferred experience in a secondary school environment. Applicants should have at least secondary education and be willing to work with school schedules.

Qualifications

• Preferably secondary education
• 1 year of experience as an FCE Kitchen Assistant in a secondary school preferred

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredient trays for NFS practical lessons and examinations
• Maintain cleanliness of two NFS kitchens, including cooking areas, tables, sinks and waste bins
• Assist with ordering food, kitchen equipment and cleaning supplies
• Monitor ingredient stock and expiry dates
• Clean refrigerators twice a year
• Wash and fold kitchen towels and aprons
• Report kitchen defects to the Operations Manager
• Perform other duties assigned by the school management
• No service required during specified school holiday periods, unless requested by the school
