Responsibilities

• Strategic allocation of cases considering case complexity, workload, and stakeholder expertise.
• Ensure equitable distribution of cases to stakeholders, optimizing workloads for efficient case clearance.
• Collaborate with team leads and stakeholders to understand needs and communicate allocation decisions effectively.
• Handle administrative tasks such as distribution of cases and monthly audit checks while ensuring service standards and quality checks.
• Perform underwriting profiling for new business cases to support consistent risk assessment and improve processing efficiency.
• Support underwriting-related projects, including meetings, planning, and timely delivery of milestones.
• Work with cross-functional teams to provide timely support to internal & external customers and ensure underwriting processes are accurate and compliant.
• Provide ongoing support to stakeholders, addressing requests and resolving issues promptly.
• Regularly analyze case allocation data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement and make recommendations.
• Provide timely support to meet target service levels (SLA) for internal & external customers.

• - Performing underwriting profiling for new business cases to support consistent risk assessment and improve underwriting processing efficiency.
• - Supporting underwriting-related projects, including attending meetings, planning, and ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.
• - Working with cross-functional teams to provide timely support and services to internal & external customers and ensure that underwriting process are accurate and compliant to internal policy and regulatory requirements.
• - Provide ongoing support to stakeholders, responding promptly to their requests and addressing any issues or concerns.
• - Regular analyze case allocation data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement and make recommendations.
• - Provide timely support and services to internal & external customers to meet the target service level agreement (SLA)
