Frazer Jones is delighted to be partnering with a leading regional technology organisation to appoint an HR Business Partner to join its HR team. This is an exciting opportunity for an emerging HR professional who enjoys being close to the business and is keen to develop beyond traditional, process-led HR into a more consultative business partnering role.
Reporting to the Head of HR, you will partner closely with leaders and managers to understand their priorities, anticipate people challenges and translate business needs into practical and commercially relevant HR solutions. Your remit will span performance management, talent and succession planning, workforce planning, employee engagement, retention and organisational effectiveness.
You will also contribute to organisational design discussions and targeted people interventions, using your understanding of the business to identify underlying challenges, ask the right questions and recommend appropriate solutions.
Operating within a lean and fast-moving environment, you will be given the autonomy to take ownership of your work and exercise sound judgement. The organisation values individuals who are intellectually curious, comfortable navigating ambiguity and able to challenge perspectives constructively, rather than relying solely on established frameworks or processes.
The successful candidate will ideally bring up to 5 years of HR business partnering or broad-based HR generalist experience, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills. You should demonstrate high emotional intelligence, logical and critical thinking, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to build trusted relationships across different levels of the organisation.
Regional exposure would be advantageous given the stakeholder landscape, although the organisation is equally open to candidates earlier in their careers who demonstrate strong potential, learning agility and a genuine interest in developing within HR business partnering. Fresh graduates with relevant HR experience through internships or placements are also welcome to apply.
This is an excellent opportunity for an aspiring HR Business Partner looking to accelerate their development within a dynamic environment. You will gain meaningful exposure to business leaders, organisational challenges and strategic people initiatives, with the opportunity to develop your judgement and business partnering capabilities within a lean and highly collaborative People team.
