786 spices pte. ltd. is seeking an experienced Manager to oversee daily operations of our retail store in Singapore. You will drive sales growth, maintain high customer service standards, and lead the store team to perform at their best.

Knowledge of halal practices is a strong bonus to ensure products and services meet required standards. The role involves shift work across multiple locations, staff coaching, stock control, and reporting on sales and inventory performance.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a store leadership role (Store Manager/Assistant Manager).
Strong leadership, team management, and communication abilities.
Familiarity with retail management systems (POS, inventory software).
Knowledge of halal practices and certification standards is a strong advantage.
Willingness to work weekends and holidays if required.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily store operations, sales, inventory and staff.
Lead, motivate and coach store team to hit sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
Ensure stock, cleanliness and organized merchandising at all times.
Handle product ordering, receiving and shelf presentation.
Monitor performance and prepare sales and inventory reports.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally.
Maintain high standards of store presentation and product quality.
Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety regulations.
Assist customers with halal-related inquiries when applicable.
Shift work and multi-location duties.
