Job summary

VSTECS (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a System Engineer to maintain and enhance our network infrastructure from Lavender Central Region. This full-time role focuses on ensuring smooth operation of servers, routers, and switches, plus providing end-user support and proactive system improvements.

The ideal candidate brings at least 3 years in a similar role, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work independently or within a team to advance technology across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar system engineering role.
• Strong understanding of network protocols, server management, and troubleshooting techniques.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain the company's network systems, including servers, routers, and switches.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Implement and configure new hardware and software solutions.
• Provide technical support and guidance to end-users.
• Collaborate with the IT team on system improvements and upgrades.
• Document and maintain records of system changes and configurations.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends to identify enhancements.
