Job summary

First Technology Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a System/Network Engineer to support and optimize the enterprise IT environment, configuring Cisco, Fortinet and Juniper devices, plus security software, servers and storage. The role covers LAN/WAN design, VPNs, pre-sales, troubleshooting, and hands-on administration of Windows Server, VMware, Exchange, SQL, and related hardware.

Candidates should have 3+ years SI experience, CCNA/MCSE or similar, and a diploma or degree in computer studies; unified

Qualifications

Unified Communications experience is desirable but not necessary.
Certifications such as CCNA, MCSE, or other professional certificates would be advantageous.
High School Certificate / Diploma / Degree in Computer Studies.
Minimum of 3 years of systems support with System Integration (SI) experience is preferred but not necessary.

Responsibilities

Configure CISCO, Fortinet, Juniper, Firewall & Antivirus and other security software.
Experience with CISCO core switches and Wireless APs (Aironet/Meraki/HP Aruba) is a plus.
Familiarize with CISCO Network LAN & WAN design.
Setup and troubleshooting with network devices and management tools.
Install Windows Server OS, Windows 11, Microsoft 365 and related platforms.
