Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer / IT Infrastructure Support Engineer to provide L1/L2 infrastructure support and ensure smooth day-to-day operation of the organisation’s IT environment. The ideal candidate will be an all-round infrastructure professional with hands-on experience across server, network and general infrastructure support.

You will handle server and network troubleshooting, monitor systems, and work with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Infrastructure Support, System Administration or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience providing L1/L2 infrastructure support in a production environment.
• Good working knowledge of Windows Server and/or Linux administration.
• Basic knowledge of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN and VPN.
• Experience troubleshooting server, network, hardware and connectivity issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 BAU infrastructure support for day-to-day IT operations.
• Perform basic server and network troubleshooting, including connectivity and performance.
• Monitor infrastructure systems and respond to incidents, alerts and service requests.
• Troubleshoot Windows/Linux servers, network devices and related infrastructure.
• Assist with server administration, maintenance, patching and configuration.
• Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN and network connectivity.
• Conduct basic infrastructure health checks and preventive maintenance.
• Work closely with internal teams, vendors and stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Ensure infrastructure operations comply with IT policies, procedures and security standards.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.
