Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Computer Engineering or related disciplines.
• 2–3 years of working experience in network security infrastructure project delivery.
• Experience liaising with users and vendors to define business requirements and deliver technical solutions.
• Skilled in network security solution design, planning, risk assessment, implementation and validation.
• Technical certification in networking (CCNA/CCNP) or firewall products preferred.
• Strong communication and analytical abilities to resolve technical issues.
• Resourceful, proactive and independent team player.

Responsabilités

• Lead deployment, configuration, integration, and optimization of complex enterprise network and security solutions.
• Serve as technical lead for mid to large-scale projects, providing architectural guidance and oversight.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure scope, timelines, and standards.
• Provide advanced support for network security infrastructure (Cisco, Palo Alto, Checkpoint and Fortinet).
• Drive root-cause analysis, lead incident resolution, act as escalation for performance and security issues.
• Prepare, review, and maintain high/low-level designs, baselines, and installation guides.
• Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions and internal training to uplift team capability.
• Ensure compliance with security and governance requirements in processes and deliverables.
• Provide inputs for project reporting and status updates.
• Support smooth transition from project implementation to O&M phase.

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Network & Security Engineer to join our team in Singapore. 1. Job Role:

• Lead and oversee the deployment, configuration, integration, and optimization of complex enterprise network and security solutions.
• Serve as the technical lead for mid to largescale projects, providing architectural guidance, technical direction, and oversight across multidisciplinary teams.
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers to ensure project scope, timelines, quality standards, and customer requirements are consistently met.
• Implement and provide advanced support for network security infrastructure solutions on platforms such as Cisco, Alcatel, Solarwinds, Cisco ISE, Cisco Firepower, Palo Alto, Checkpoint and Fortinet
• Drive complex rootcause analysis efforts, lead incident resolution, and act as technical escalation for network performance, security events, and critical connectivity issues.
• Prepare, review, and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including highlevel designs (HLDs), lowlevel designs (LLDs), configuration baselines, acceptance test procedures, installation guides, and operational procedures.
• Conduct knowledgesharing sessions, internal training, and postincident reviews to uplift team capability and improve operational efficiency.
• Provide quality oversight for processes and project deliverables and ensure compliance to prevailing security and governance requirements.
• Provide relevant inputs for project reporting and status update.
• Support the smooth transition of the implemented infrastructure from project implementation phase to operation & maintenance phase.

2. Job requirement:

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Computer Engineering / Electrical & Electronics Engineering or other related disciplines.
• At least 2-3 years of working experience in network security infrastructure project delivery with hands-on experience and knowledge on configuring and troubleshooting for IT network devices such as switches, routers, firewall, UPS, etc.
• Have experience in liaising with the user and managing vendor to define business requirements and deliver technical solution.
• Skilled in network security solution design, planning, risk assessment, implementation and validation.
• Technical certification in networking (e.g. CCNA, CCNP) or above firewall products is preferred.
• Possess strong communication skills and analytical capability to resolve technical issues.
• A resourceful, proactive and independent team player.
