Responsibilities
Lead and oversee the deployment, configuration, integration, and optimization of complex enterprise network and security solutions.
Serve as the technical lead for mid to large‑scale projects, providing architectural guidance, technical direction, and oversight across multi‑disciplinary teams.
Collaborate closely with Project Managers to ensure project scope, timelines, quality standards, and customer requirements are consistently met.
Implement and provide advanced support for network infrastructure solutions on platforms such as Cisco, Alcatel and Solarwinds.
Implement and provide advanced support for security technologies including Palo Alto, Fortinet, Checkpoint, Cisco Firepower, and Cisco ISE.
Drive complex root‑cause analysis efforts, lead incident resolution, and act as technical escalation for network performance, security events, and critical connectivity issues.
