WORLD PARTNERS SOLUTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a Network Operations Specialist to manage and resolve network operation issues, coordinate contractor activities, and ensure operational continuity through effective monitoring and reporting.

The role requires a diploma in IT, a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, and willingness to travel between sites to support nationwide operations. You will contribute to process improvements and SOP development to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Resolve daily network issues reported by the Network Operation Centre (NOC) via NMS, calls, or emails to maintain system stability.
• Review outstanding issues weekly and plan root cause analysis to produce monthly reports and validate contractor SLA compliance.
• Coordinate and track contractor activities to prevent conflicts with critical operations.
• Initiate and review change requests, including post-implementation assessments, to ensure smooth transitions.
• Develop and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.
• Update and maintain accurate records to support audit and operational requirements.
• Validate contractor work to ensure quality and adherence to specifications.
• Escalate operational impacts promptly to management for timely resolution.
• Facilitate monthly management meetings to communicate status, issues, and action plans.
