Job summary

MTC Global Solutions Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking an experienced Network Engineer to lead the design, migration, and security hardening of our enterprise network.

You will plan migrations, validate hardware and licenses, upgrade firmware, configure security, and implement monitoring with SNMP, Syslog, and NetFlow, coordinating with security, server, application and operations teams. Qualifications

• Experience planning and executing network migrations with minimal downtime.
• Strong understanding of network infrastructure configuration and security hardening.
• Ability to design and review network architectures and implementation plans.

Responsibilities

• Plan and review network architecture, migration requirements, and risks.
• Build and upgrade switch firmware/OS to approved versions; configure devices.
• Implement security hardening per company standards; disable unused ports/services.
• Set up monitoring and alerting (SNMP, Syslog, NetFlow) and ensure data flows to monitoring tools.
• Execute migration with health checks, backup configurations, and cross-team coordination.
• Test connectivity and resolve issues identified during testing.
• Create and update network diagrams, port mappings, IP addressing, and security documentation.
• Provide post-migration support, logs review, optimization, and knowledge transfer.
