Job summary

Tap Growth ai in Singapore is seeking an experienced Network Engineer to design, implement, and maintain complex network infrastructures, ensuring reliability, security, and performance.

The role requires hands-on migration, configuration, and monitoring across enterprise networks, with close collaboration across security, server, and operations teams. This position is based in Singapore, with work from office flexibility as needed.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in Network Engineering.
• Strong experience in enterprise network infrastructure, switch migration and configuration.

Responsibilities

• Review network architecture, design and migration requirements; develop implementation, testing and rollback plans.
• Validate switch hardware, OS/firmware, licensing and compatibility.
• Perform switch build, configuration and firmware/OS upgrades.
• Implement network security hardening, including disabling unused ports/services and ensuring security compliance.
• Configure and validate SNMP, Syslog, NetFlow/sFlow, performance and interface monitoring.
• Execute switch migrations with pre/post-migration health checks, configuration backups and minimal downtime.
• Perform connectivity and functional testing and resolve migration-related issues.
• Maintain network diagrams, port mappings, IP addressing, configuration and security documentation.
• Provide post-migration support, monitor network performance and conduct knowledge transfer to operations teams.
• Coordinate with security, server, application, infrastructure and operations teams and obtain stakeholder sign-off.
• Prepare release readiness and migration documentation, including validation results and rollback procedures.
