Job summary

GMP Technologies (S) Pte Ltd is seeking a Network Engineer to manage and optimise East region LAN/WAN infrastructure. You will ensure high availability, handle Level 1–2 support, and contribute to network projects in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has a diploma in IT or related field, 3–4 years of hands-on networking experience, and strong Cisco/IPsec knowledge. Experience with firewalls and modern security suites is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Information Technology or Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
• 3 to 4 years hands-on experience in network management or engineering roles.
• Strong experience with Cisco networking technologies.
• Solid knowledge of IPSEC, HSRP, BGP, OSPF.
• Familiarity with Zscaler, Check Point or Palo Alto firewalls is an advantage.

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 network support, including troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and timely issue resolution.

• Solid knowledge of network protocols: IPSEC, HSRP, BGP, OSPF.
• Hands-on experience with firewalls, core/distribution switches, routers, and LAN/WAN administration.
• Familiarity with Zscaler, Check Point, or Palo Alto firewalls is an advantage.
