Maestro Human Resource Pte Ltd is seeking a Network Maintenance Engineer to perform routine operations, monitoring, and preventive maintenance of network infrastructure including switches, routers, firewalls, wireless gear, and management systems. You will monitor performance, analyze logs for root cause, respond to incidents, and coordinate firmware upgrades and security patches.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Engineering, IT, CS, telecoms or related field.
• 1+ year experience in network operation, maintenance and support.
• Candidates with no experience are welcome to apply.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, Routing & Switching, VLAN, Firewall, VPN, Wireless Networks, and Network Security.
• Hands-on experience in troubleshooting, incident management and RCA.
• Experience with network monitoring tools, log analysis and performance monitoring.
• Experience in firmware upgrades and change implementation in production environments.
• AWS Cloud networking services experience including VPC, Route Tables, Security Groups, Network ACLs, Transit Gateway, Site-to-Site VPN, Direct Connect, and hybrid cloud networking.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, AWS Certified Advanced Networking, AWS Solutions Architect Associate are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Monitor network performance, availability, and capacity to ensure stable and reliable service delivery.
• Analyze network logs to identify abnormalities, diagnose issues, and perform root cause analysis.
• Respond to and resolve network incidents, service disruptions, and performance degradation in accordance with established SLAs.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute firmware upgrades, software patching, and security updates for network devices.
• Support change management activities, including impact assessment, implementation, validation, and rollback planning.
• Maintain network documentation, configuration records, maintenance reports, and incident logs.
• Coordinate with vendors, stakeholders, and internal support teams for technical troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Support and maintain AWS cloud networking infrastructure and connectivity between on‑premises and cloud environments.
• Participate in on‑call support and scheduled maintenance activities outside normal working hours when required.

Network Maintenance Engineer

• Preferred experience in AWS Cloud networking services, including VPC, Route Tables, Security Groups, Network ACLs, Transit Gateway, Site‑to‑Site VPN, Direct Connect, and hybrid cloud networking.
