Job summary

Teamlease Digital Private Limited in Singapore is seeking a Network & Security Engineer to manage, support, and troubleshoot enterprise network and security infrastructure, including Cisco routing and switching, firewalls, VPNs, and incident management.

You will ensure high availability, monitor performance, implement security policies, and coordinate with internal teams and vendors for issue resolution. A CCNP is preferred and a Diploma/Degree in CS/IT/Networking is valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in enterprise networking and network security.
• Hands-on with Cisco networking technologies.
• Knowledge of routing and switching: BGP, OSPF, VLAN, STP.
• Experience with Firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and security concepts.
• Strong troubleshooting across LAN, WAN and wireless.
• Knowledge of network monitoring tools.
• CCNP certification preferred/mandatory per project.

Responsibilities

• Manage and troubleshoot enterprise network and security infrastructure.
• Configure and support Cisco routers, switches, firewalls, and VPN solutions.
• Support routing and switching technologies including BGP, OSPF, VLAN, and STP.
• Monitor network performance, availability, and capacity.
• Implement network security policies, access controls, and hardening measures.
• Investigate and resolve network and security incidents.
• Perform network upgrades, patching, configuration changes, and preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot LAN, WAN, wireless, firewall, and VPN issues.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders for network operations and issue resolution.
