Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a Network Engineer to design, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure. You will install routers, switches, firewalls and load balancers, monitor performance, and troubleshoot incidents to ensure high availability.

The role requires hands-on experience with Cisco/Juniper/Arista devices and strong knowledge of networking fundamentals, security, and VPNs. You will collaborate with internal teams and vendors, and participate in disaster recovery activities.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in Network Support, Network Engineer, Infrastructure Engineer, System Administration or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco, Juniper or Arista networks.
• Knowledge of network security, firewalls, VPN and IDS/IPS.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure and maintain LAN, WAN, wireless and network infrastructure.
• Install and manage routers, switches, firewalls and load balancers.
• Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues and ensure availability.
• Implement network security, including firewalls, VPNs and access controls.
• Perform network upgrades, patching, maintenance and security configurations.
• Work with internal teams and vendors to resolve network incidents.
• Maintain network documentation and support disaster recovery activities
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor
