GOLDTECH RESOURCES PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a Network Operations professional to monitor, maintain and support enterprise network infrastructure for high availability and peak performance.

You will configure, manage and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and wireless networks; investigate incidents; perform upgrades and preventive maintenance; and coordinate with vendors, facilities and internal teams to resolve issues within SLA.

Formación

• Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Network Operations or Network Support.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs, VPNs, DNS, and network security.
• Experience with Cisco networking technologies and enterprise network environments.
• Familiarity with network monitoring, ticketing, and incident management tools.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor, maintain, and support enterprise network infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance.
• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and wireless networks.
• Investigate and resolve network incidents, outages, and performance issues within SLA.
• Perform network installation, upgrades, patching, and preventive maintenance activities.
• Monitor network health using network monitoring and management tools.
• Support change management, system documentation, and asset inventory activities.
• Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal stakeholders for issue resolution and project implementation.
• Provide support during scheduled maintenance windows and after-hours activities when required.
• Support planned power shutdown and restoration activities, including pre-shutdown validation, post-restoration testing, and service recovery.
• Coordinate with facilities teams, data center personnel, and vendors during power shutdown exercises to minimize operational impact.
• Participate in disaster recovery, business continuity, and infrastructure resilience testing.
