Qualifications
- Experienced in networking products such as Switches, Wireless Access Points, Routers and related networking items.
- Knowledge of Business Networking systems (Gateway, Switch, AP, IP CCTV).
- At least 2 years of experience in Business Network or technical domains.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin for liaison with associates and Mandarin-speaking clients.
- CCNA/CCNP or other networking certificates are an added advantage.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for enterprise products and networking solutions.
- Handle clients’ inquiries and technical issues.
- Collaborate with the team to identify, troubleshoot and resolve technical problems.
- Responsible for new product testing.
- Promote solutions and deliver formal technical proposals/presentations to clients.
- Complete other tasks assigned by leaders and management.
