Job summary

ESOL PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced Network Engineer with CCIE and CCNP to design, implement, and optimize Cisco enterprise networks and SD-WAN across complex environments. The role emphasizes hands-on troubleshooting, migration support, and security controls.

You will collaborate with customers and vendors on migrations, runbooks, and documentation, delivering proactive network monitoring and rapid incident resolution in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Active CCIE certification required.
• Active CCNP certification required.
• 8+ years of hands-on Network Engineering experience.
• Strong expertise in Cisco routing, switching, enterprise networking, and SD-WAN.
• Hands-on experience with network security and enterprise firewalls.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, test, and support Cisco enterprise networks and SD-WAN.
• Configure and troubleshoot Cisco routers, switches, WLC, ISE, and DNAC.
• Work with BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, MPLS, VRF, STP, FHRP, QoS, IPSec, and SD-WAN.
• Lead or support network migrations, tech-refresh, upgrades, and modernization projects.
• Manage and troubleshoot firewalls from Palo Alto, FortiGate, Check Point, Cisco ASA/FTD, and Juniper.
• Provide L2/L3 support, incident troubleshooting, RCA, and network optimization.
• Perform network monitoring and proactive fault detection using SolarWinds NPM.
• Prepare HLD/LLD, network diagrams, implementation plans, and documentation.
• Coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal teams to deliver network projects.

The successful candidate will support complex enterprise network environments, infrastructure projects, migrations, and L2/L3 troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, test, and support Cisco enterprise networks and SD-WAN.

• Work with BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, MPLS, VRF, STP, FHRP, QoS, IPSec, and SD-WAN.

• Manage and troubleshoot Palo Alto, FortiGate, Check Point, Cisco ASA/FTD, and Juniper firewalls.

• Strong knowledge of BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, MPLS, VRF, STP, FHRP, and QoS.

• Hands‑on experience with network security and enterprise firewalls.

• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and incident management skills.

• Experience in enterprise, government, telecom, or managed services environments preferred.
