Job summary

SEARCH INDEX PTE. LTD. is seeking a Network Engineer to manage and support enterprise LAN/WAN, data center, and cloud infrastructure environments (Azure/AWS) in Singapore. The role provides 24×7 operational support and participates in on-call rotations.

You will configure Cisco routers/switches, Fortinet and Check Point firewalls, VPNs, and wireless networks, while supporting network security, patching, vulnerability management, load balancers, and hybrid cloud connectivity.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline.
• Experience with enterprise network and infrastructure environments.
• Hands-on with Cisco, Fortinet and Check Point devices.
• Experience with VMware, Windows Server, Azure, and AWS is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, BGP, routing and switching, VPN, and WLAN.
• Familiar with SolarWinds, PRTG, and Wireshark for monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Good problem‑solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain network documentation, inventory records, and SOPs.
• Support Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity Planning (BCP).
• Other ad‑hoc duties as assigned.
