Job summary

BGC Group Pte Ltd seeks a motivated Network Engineer to support provisioning, testing, and activation of customer IP services. You will work with Service Delivery, Project Management, and Field Engineering teams to ensure timely, quality delivery and strong customer satisfaction.

You should have a solid networking foundation, good troubleshooting skills, and the ability to communicate clearly with customers and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced service delivery environment.

Qualifications

• NITEC, Higher NITEC or Diploma in IT/CS/Networking or related discipline.
• Experience or training in Network Engineering, Network Support, Telecommunications, or Infrastructure Support.
• Solid understanding of IP Networking concepts and technologies.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced service delivery environment.

Responsibilities
