Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provision, implement, test, and turn up IP services with customers and field teams.
• Perform technical validation of IP service orders.
• Act as technical contact for Service Delivery, Project Management, and Field Engineering on IP design and deployment.
• Identify issues that could affect delivery timelines or service quality.
• Remote troubleshooting and fault finding during initial installation.
• Escalate and coordinate with teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain good communication with customers and internal stakeholders.

About the Role

We are looking for a Associate Network Engineer to support IP service implementation, validation, troubleshooting, and technical coordination. The successful candidate will work closely with customers, service delivery teams, project management teams, and field engineering teams to ensure smooth deployment and operation of IP services.

Key Responsibilities

• Provision, implement, test, and turn up customer IP services in collaboration with customers and field services teams.
• Perform technical validation of customer IP service orders.
• Act as the technical point of contact for Service Delivery, Project Management, and In-Country Field Engineering teams on IP service design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
• Identify potential issues that may impact delivery timelines or service quality.
• Perform remote troubleshooting and fault finding during initial installation.
• Escalate and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve technical issues affecting delivery timelines or service quality.
• Maintain good communication and working relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Nitec or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines.
• Experience in hardware/network engineering or network operations support.
• Knowledge of IP networking concepts and service implementation.
• Good customer relationship management and communication skills.
• Able to work closely with multiple stakeholders to resolve technical issues.
