BGC Group Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an Associate Network Engineer to provision, implement, test, and turn up customer IP services with customers and field service teams. You will be the technical point of contact for Service Delivery, Project Management, and Field Engineering on IP service issues.

You will validate IP orders, perform remote troubleshooting during initial setup, and escalate to resolve problems while building strong customer relationships.

Qualificações

• NITEC or Diploma in Computer Science, IT, Networking, or related disciplines.
• Relevant experience or training in network engineering, hardware, or network support.
• Good understanding of IP networking.
• Able to build and maintain good customer relationships.
• CCNA/CCNP/JNCIA (good to have).

About the role
