Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in FA, yield analysis, or yield enhancement.
• Deep understanding of probe failure mechanisms.
• Electrical bench data collection experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Discover and quantify yield issues using various metrics.
• Interact with various teams to define and prioritize issues.
• Conduct statistical analyses for yield improvement.
• Track progress on issue resolution and yield improvements.
• Initiate data mining and correlation studies.
• Generate yield predictions based on expected improvements.
• Optimize layout and develop innovative solutions.
