Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or Material Science.
• 5–7 years of experience in FA, Yield analysis or Yield Enhancement.
• Strong background in yield issues analysis and metric development.
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and C/C++ is required.

Responsibilities

• Identify yield issues in NAND development and define quantifiable metrics.
• Collaborate with process, yield, failure analysis, design and layout teams to drive corrective actions.
• Conduct deep-dive statistical analysis to predict inline yield and improve product quality.
• Develop data mining and correlation studies to root out causes and project yield improvements.
• Advance inline detection with metrology and RDA teams and refine test/probe bins.
