Job summary

1100 Micron SemiAsiaOP Pte Ltd is looking for a Senior/Principal NAND Module Process Integration Engineer for its Singapore R&D department. The successful candidate will design and integrate innovative process solutions that enhance 3D NAND yield and quality.

This role requires at least 3 years of semiconductor experience, expertise in NAND technologies, and strong analytical skills. The position includes cross-functional collaboration and a commitment to quality and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, particularly in Process Integration and Yield Enhancement.
• Strong understanding of PI modules on new NAND technologies.
• In-depth knowledge of non-volatile memories (NAND) and NAND process flow.

Responsibilities

• Identify and quantify key module deficiencies and technology gaps.
• Lead cross-functional teams to resolve process issues.
• Develop solutions for product requirements and manufacturability.
