Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc in Singapore is seeking an experienced Electrical Failure Analysis Engineer to lead efforts in diagnosing yield-limiting failures in next-generation NAND products. You will utilize your deep semiconductor expertise to drive yield improvement and support technology transfer from R&D to manufacturing.

Ideal candidates will have a M.S. or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering and proven experience in Failure Analysis, accompanied by strong communication skills and hands-on experience with cutting-edge tools.

Qualifications

• Proven semiconductor industry experience in Failure Analysis or related fields.
• In-depth knowledge of nonvolatile memory technologies (NAND/NOR).
• Strong grasp of semiconductor process flow.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical failure analysis and characterization of semiconductor devices.
• Drive root cause analysis of yield-limiting failures.
• Deliver clear FA reports and visualizations.
