Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. Singapore is seeking a Senior Engineer for NTI Yield Analysis to drive NAND yield improvements. The role requires strong data analytics, cross-functional collaboration, and hands-on experience with yield issues across tech-nodes and designs.

You will perform deep-dive analyses, work with process, probe, FA, and product teams, and help implement inline detection and predictive insights to enhance product yield and reliability.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or Material Science.
• 5–7 years of FA/Yield analysis or Yield Enhancement experience.
• Fluency in Python, JavaScript, C or C++.

Responsibilities

• Discover and quantify yield issues in NAND development using metrics and data analysis.
• Interact with cross-functional teams to define yield, reliability, and quality problems and drive improvements.
• Perform inline data mining and correlations to predict yield issues and validate improvements.
• Develop and automate data extraction from various databases to improve efficiency and enable rapid decision-making.
