Micron Technology Asia Operations in Singapore seeks a Yield Failure Analysis Engineer within the NAND Technology Integration (NTI) team. You will provide yield analysis for next‑generation Micron products and become a domain expert in physical failure analysis methods.

You will identify yield issues, assist root‑cause analysis for process deviations, and collaborate with R&D, manufacturing and metrology to improve inline detection and transfer knowledge from development to fab, while following

Competenze

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, Material Science, or Chemical Engineering.
4–10 years of Failure Analysis or PFA experience including electrical characterization and verification.
Fluency in Python, JavaScript, and C/C++ on Windows/Linux; JMP is desirable.

Mansioni

Perform failure analysis including electrical characterization and verification of failures.
Drive failure analysis initiatives for the yield enhancement team and develop new methodologies.
Present results at global meetings to Product Development and Process Integrations teams.
Collaborate with metrology and RDA teams to redefine and validate inline detection capability.
Assist transfer of layout/architecture fundamentals of new technology from R&D to manufacturing fab.
Follow health, safety, and environmental procedures; integrate AI-assisted tools to improve efficiency.
