You will analyze yield data, define metrics, and collaborate with process, yield, FA, product engineering and design teams to improve NAND performance. The role requires a Bachelor or Master in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or Materials Science, 5–7 years in FA or yield, and proficiency in Python, JavaScript, C/C++.

Competenze

• Bachelor Degree or Masters in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Materials Science.
• 5-7 years of experience in FA, Yield analysis or Yield Enhancement.
• Fluency in Python, JavaScript, C or C++.

Mansioni

• Discover and quantify yield issues in NAND development using metrics such as wafer/dice/tile shading, ECATS or similar.
• Collaborate with process, yield, failure analysis, product engineering, design and layout teams to define yield and reliability issues and drive improvements.
• Perform deep dive statistical analyses of inline and probe data to enable early detection and improve NAND yield and quality.
• Initiate data mining and correlation studies to identify root causes and predict yield issues.
• Develop inline detection and work with metrology/RDA teams to close gaps and validate new program releases.
