The role focuses on physical and electrical failure analysis, with opportunities to develop innovative de-processing methods and AI-assisted insights. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in global meetings to drive reliability improvements.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, Materials Science or Chemical Engineering.
• 4–10 years of experience in Failure Analysis or PFA with electrical characterization and verification knowledge.
• Fluency in Python, JavaScript, C or C++ is desirable on Windows or Linux.

Mansioni

• Perform Failure analysis including electrical characterization and verification of failures.
• Drive failure analysis initiatives for yield enhancement and develop new methodologies.
• Present results in global meetings to Product Development and Process Integrations teams.
• Collaborate with metrology and RDA teams to redefine inline detection capabilities.
• Assist in transferring layout/architecture fundamentals from R&D to manufacturing.
• Follow health, safety, and environmental procedures and requirements.
• Integrate AI-assisted tools to improve efficiency and quality.
