You will lead data-driven yield improvement initiatives across NAND development, collaborating with process, design, and manufacturing teams to hit program milestones. The role requires strong analytics in inline and offline data, deep understanding of FA/yield issues, and proficiency in Python/JavaScript/C/C++.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or Materials Science.
• 5–7 years of experience in FA, Yield analysis or Yield Enhancement.
• Fluency in Python, JavaScript, C or C++.

Responsibilities

• Discover yield issues in NAND development and identify unique metrics for issues quantification.
• Interact with process, yield, failure analysis, product engineering, design and layout teams to drive definition of yield and reliability issues and derive improvement actions.
• Own and drive non-standard deep dive statistical analysis of inline, probe, cell, and other metrics to define issues and improve yield and quality.
• Initiate data mining and correlation studies to identify root causes, perform inline correlation to predict yield issues, and project yield improvements.
• Develop inline detection with metrology and RDA teams, and define gaps with current testing to detect new fail modes.
• Collaborate with module owners to identify deficiencies and drive cross-functional solutions to meet product requirements and manufacturability.
