Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking an Engineer for NAND silicon design validation in Singapore. You will work on pre-silicon concept development and post-silicon validation, using Verilog, CAD tools, and AI-assisted methods to ensure top-tier NAND memory performance.

You will collaborate with R&D, design, manufacturing, and QA teams, contributing to testing programs and documentation while continuously improving processes and AI-enabled workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physics required.
• Knowledge with PyTorch, TensorFlow, SystemVerilog, Linux and Bash.
• Experience with pre-silicon emulation and RISC-V CPU design.

Responsibilities

• Develop, validate, and qualify NAND Flash memory products.
• Define and validate product configuration parameters.
• Apply CAD tools and Verilog simulations for build verification and circuit analysis.
• Identify build marginalities and propose fixes.
• Perform electrical failure analysis to identify root causes.
