You will design and execute functional and design validation flows for advanced RG NAND devices on silicon platforms, and you will develop test program infrastructure with deterministic tests and automation. The role emphasizes automation, data-driven validation, and AI-assisted techniques to speed up failure triage, improve coverage, and boost debug productivity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics or Computer Engineering.
• Strong interest in design validation, characterization & product engineering.
• Proficiency in C/C++, Python, and Perl.
• Experience applying AI/ML for test analytics and defect pattern analysis.
• Experience in ATE test program development is a plus.
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills, with root-cause focus.
• Effective written and spoken English communication.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute validation flows for RG NAND devices on silicon.
• Develop and maintain test program infrastructure and deterministic tests.
• Implement automation frameworks using C, Python, and Perl.
• Apply AI/ML techniques to accelerate failure triage and root-cause analysis.
• Use dashboards to track validation progress and defect trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive issue resolution.
