Job summary

Qualifications

• PhD or master's/BS with extensive semiconductor experience in NAND/silicon technology.
• Strong background in pre- and post-silicon validation for complex designs.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data and drive resolution with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Own pre-silicon validation, regression, and simulation-to-silicon correlation for TCV programs.
• Analyze results to identify architecture, device, performance, and margin sensitivities.
• Lead post-silicon validation, characterization, and silicon learning activities.
• Drive root-cause analysis and cross-functional collaboration to resolve issues.
