Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/Electronics/Computer Engineering or related field.
• 5–7 years of relevant engineering experience in validation or similar roles.
• NAND validation knowledge and cross‑functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute functional and design validation flows for advanced NAND devices using silicon and simulation.
• Develop deterministic usage‑case tests and random sequence generators to validate NAND commands and customer‑mode features.
• Perform electrical failure analysis and root‑cause investigations across digital/analog circuitry with cross‑functional teams.
• Implement automation frameworks using C‑based programming, Python, and Perl to improve test development and execution efficiency.
• Apply AI/ML techniques for data analytics, pattern recognition, and anomaly detection to speed triage and improve coverage.
• Use Verilog and Synopsys VCS for simulation studies to support debug and design verification.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing AI-enabled enhancements and ensuring compliance with standards.
