Micron Technology, Inc. in Singapore is seeking an Engineer for NAND Silicon Design Validation to drive both pre-silicon concept work and post-silicon validation.

You will partner with R&D, design, and manufacturing to validate device testing programs and ensure robust product performance. This role requires hands-on Verilog and Cadence tool experience, data analysis in Python/JMP, and the ability to apply AI-enabled techniques to improve efficiency and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s/PhD in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field.
• Experience with Verilog, Cadence tools and data analysis.
• Familiarity with AI/ML tools to support engineering workflows.
• Strong problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop, validate, and qualify NAND Flash memory products.
• Define and validate product configuration parameters.
• Apply CAD tools and Verilog simulations for build verification.
• Identify marginalities and propose circuit-level fixes.
• Perform electrical failure analysis to root out device issues.
• Use engineering benches and testers for characterization and failure analysis.
• Support engineering samples and documentation.
• Integrate AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and quality.
• Contribute to continuous improvement across projects.
