Job summary

Micron Technology Inc. in Singapore’s R&D department seeks a NAND Module Process Integration Engineer to design, develop, and implement innovative process solutions for next-generation 3D NAND product yield and quality with competitive cost and performance.

You will lead cross-functional teams, define CSPEC criteria, and coordinate at the manufacturing site to enable successful experiments, transfers to manufacturing, and ramp-up activities across R&D, Manufacturing, and senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Requires expertise in data analysis, problem solving and process integration optimization.
• Experience with cross-functional collaboration and strong communication skills.
• Proficiency with data visualization or analysis tools such as JMP or Tableau is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Identify and quantify key module deficiencies and technology gaps; lead cross-functional teams to address issues and improve processes.
• Develop or redefine CSPEC criteria for optimal performance and drive capability.
• Coordinate activities at the manufacturing site to secure funding for experiments and communicate decisions to R&D, Product Engineering, and Manufacturing partners.
