Job summary

A PhD in a relevant field and experience in the semiconductor industry are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in the semiconductor industry is an advantage.
• In-depth knowledge of NAND process flow and related issues.

Responsibilities

• Identify and quantify module deficiencies and technology gaps.
• Develop CSPEC criteria for optimal product performance.
• Assist in the transfer of new technology from R&D to manufacturing.
