Job summary

NIPPON SANSO SINGAPORE LTD is seeking an Executive / Senior Executive, Production to support the safe, efficient operation of our Nitrous Oxide production facility in Singapore. The role includes production oversight, cylinder filling, inventory control, maintenance coordination, QA, and safety compliance to ensure excellence and customer satisfaction.

You will monitor daily production, handle QC testing with GC instruments, support maintenance, and ensure compliance with QMS and PTW procedures

Qualifications

Diploma in Chemical Process Technology, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related Science/Engineering.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, industrial gases, chemical processing, or plant operations. Fresh graduates welcome.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to interpret P&ID drawings, technical documents, and operating manuals.
Good problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
Strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily N2O production and cylinder filling operations to meet targets.
Perform filling of cylinders, pallets, and tube trailers per SOPs.
Conduct pre- and post-filling activities: inspection, evacuation, vacuuming, venting of vessels.
Maintain production records, filling logs, and operational reports.
Conduct QC testing of finished products using GC instruments to meet specs.
