Job summary

NPI SOLUTIONS (SINGAPORE) (PTE.) LTD. is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead daily shop floor operations in a safe, efficient, and quality-focused environment in Singapore.

You will collaborate with Engineering to resolve issues, support process improvements, and oversee First Article builds, coaching teams towards excellence. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering with at least 5 years of relevant experience, strong

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in mechanical, electrical, or manufacturing engineering.
• Minimum 5 years in technician, production coordination, or operations roles.
• Strong time management and adaptability to changing priorities.
• Ability to train and mentor shop floor teams.
• Experience troubleshooting assembly issues with engineering and quality teams.

Responsibilities

• Assign tasks, schedule shifts, and oversee assembly and testing to meet output deadlines and quality standards
• Collaborate with Engineering to troubleshoot production issues, review First Article builds, and optimize assembly workflows
• Train and mentor Production Leads and team members to enhance skills and performance
• Enforce safety protocols, inspect shop floor conditions, and report equipment maintenance needs promptly
• Coordinate material requirements with supply chain teams and maintain accurate operational records
