NIPPON SANSO SINGAPORE LTD is seeking an Executive / Senior Executive, Production to support the safe, efficient operation of our Nitrous Oxide production facility in Singapore. About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Executive / Senior Executive, Production to support the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of our Nitrous Oxide (N₂O) production facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily production activities, cylinder filling operations, inventory control, equipment maintenance coordination, quality assurance, and safety compliance to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Execute and monitor daily N₂O production and cylinder filling operations to meet production targets.
Perform filling of cylinders, pallets, and tube trailers in accordance with approved operating procedures.
Conduct pre-filling and post-filling activities, including inspection, evacuation, vacuuming, and venting of vessels.
Ensure all production records, filling logs, and operational reports are accurately completed and maintained.
Conduct outgoing quality control testing of finished products using Gas Chromatographs (GCs), analysers, and related instrumentation, ensuring compliance with product specifications, regulatory requirements, and customer standards
Coordinate and support preventive and corrective maintenance activities for plant equipment and systems.
Carry out routine equipment inspections and elevate abnormalities for timely rectification.
Monitor raw material, consumable, and finished goods inventory to ensure uninterrupted operations.
Prepare inventory reports and support stock reconciliation activities to maintain inventory accuracy.
Ensure compliance with Quality Management System requirements, operating procedures, and customer specifications.
Participate in internal audits, investigations, and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
Ensure compliance with workplace safety requirements, risk assessments, and Permit-to-Work (PTW) procedures.
Support incident investigations, hazard identification, and safety improvement initiatives.
Maintain good housekeeping standards and environmental compliance within the plant.
Assist in process improvement projects to enhance productivity, reliability, and operational efficiency.
Requirements
Diploma in Chemical Process Technology, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related Science/Engineering discipline.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, industrial gases, chemical processing, or plant operations. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to interpret P&ID drawings, technical documents, and operating manuals.
Good problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
