The role involves advising on courses, collecting payments, managing inventory and sales, and compiling basic business statistics. Weekend work is required, and a Diploma is the minimum qualification. Proficiency in MS Office is essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma required.
• Proficiency in MS Office including MS Excel.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Customer-oriented and proactive attitude.
• Able to work retail hours including weekends.

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent customer service to walk-in and call-in customers.
• Develop good rapport with customers and build brand loyalty.
• Music courses recommendation, enrolment and payment collection.
• Responsible in daily running of the School with management of general administrative duties.
• Sales of books/music instruments and inventory management.
• Statistical compilations - payment backlog, sales and revenue, student intake/drop out, etc.
